Night Rooster by Locavore is currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Bartender to join our dynamic team in the heart of Ubud. We are looking for someone who not only knows how to mix a perfect drink but also brings a warm and engaging personality to our bar.

Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and quality control procedures.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized bar area at all times, including glassware and equipment.
- Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and provide recommendations to enhance their experience.
- Manage cash transactions and operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently.
- Upsell menu items and promotions to maximize revenue and guest satisfaction.
- Clean bar back areas and assist with inventory management and stock replenishment.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience as a Bartender or in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of spirits, liqueurs, and mixology techniques.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and ordering.
- Fluency in English is highly preferred for guest interaction.
