Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve premium cocktails, mocktails, and beverages according to established recipes and presentation standards
- Provide exceptional customer service with genuine warmth and attentiveness to all guests
- Manage bar inventory, stock levels, and maintain a clean, organized work environment
- Upsell food and beverage items while suggesting complementary pairings
- Handle cash transactions and operate POS systems accurately
- Collaborate with kitchen and service teams to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Adhere to all safety, hygiene, and liquor service regulations
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a bartender in high-volume establishments
- Extensive knowledge of mixology techniques, ingredients, and flavor profiles
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments during peak hours
- Valid alcohol service certification (if required by local regulations)
- Basic cash handling and POS system proficiency
