Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of beverages including cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic drinks
- Provide excellent customer service, engaging with guests and anticipating their needs
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring all equipment and supplies are readily available
- Upsell menu items and specials to enhance the guest experience and increase revenue
- Handle cash and electronic payments accurately and efficiently
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking as needed
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies
- Collaborate with kitchen and serving staff to ensure seamless service
Kualifikasi
- Previous bartending experience preferred but not required for passionate beginners
- Strong knowledge of mixology, ingredients, and cocktail preparation techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and inventory management
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow in the role
- Valid food handler certification is a plus
