Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and quality standards
- Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a clean, organized bar area
- Upsell premium drinks and food items to enhance guest experience and revenue
- Manage inventory, stock levels, and requisition supplies efficiently
- Process cash and non-cash transactions accurately using POS systems
- Adhere to all safety protocols and responsible alcohol service practices
- Collaborate with kitchen and serving staff for seamless operations
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year bartending experience in high-volume establishments
- Extensive knowledge of mixology, ingredients, and beverage trends
- Strong customer service orientation with conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic cash handling and POS system proficiency
- Valid health/safety certification (if applicable)
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency preferred
