SALTLICK is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our prestigious fine dining steakhouse team in the heart of Badung, Bali. As a Bartender at SALTLICK, you will be the face of our beverage program. You will be responsible for preparing and serving a wide array of high-quality drinks, from classic cocktails to signature creations, ensuring every guest enjoys a perfect pour. We are looking for someone who not only has technical mixology skills but also possesses a genuine passion for hospitality. In this role, you will engage with guests, recommend pairings, and contribute to a lively yet sophisticated atmosphere. Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and presentation guidelines.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary bar station throughout the shift.
- Interact warmly with customers, taking orders, making recommendations, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Monitor inventory levels of bar stock and alcohol, and assist in reordering supplies as needed.
- Adhere to all bar safety regulations and responsible alcohol serving policies.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and front-of-house team to ensure seamless service during service periods.
- Handle cash and point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately and efficiently.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Bartender in a fine dining or high-volume restaurant setting (minimum 1-2 years).
- In-depth knowledge of cocktail recipes, wine, beer, and spirits.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Valid food handler or alcohol serving license (where applicable).
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
