You will maintain a clean and organized bar area, manage inventory, and uphold the highest standards of hygiene and safety. - Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic drinks
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and ensuring satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware and equipment
- Manage bar inventory, stock supplies, and report any shortages
- Adhere to responsible alcohol service practices and comply with legal requirements
- Upsell menu items and promotional drinks to enhance guest experience and revenue
- Collaborate with kitchen and serving staff to ensure seamless service
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience as a bartender in a high-volume or upscale establishment preferred
- Strong knowledge of mixology, including classic and contemporary cocktail recipes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Basic math skills for handling cash and processing payments
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects
- Valid food handler certification and any required local alcohol service permits
