Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve high-quality beverages including cocktails, beers, and specialty drinks
- Provide exceptional customer service with product knowledge and friendly interactions
- Manage bar inventory and ensure stock levels are maintained
- Operate POS systems accurately and handle cash transactions
- Uphold cleanliness and hygiene standards in the bar area
- Collaborate with kitchen and service staff for seamless operations
- Adhere to safety protocols and responsible alcohol service practices
Kualifikasi
- Previous bartending experience preferred or strong mixology skills
- Basic knowledge of Indonesian and international beverage recipes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently during peak hours
- Positive attitude with strong teamwork capabilities
- Availability for flexible shifts including nights and weekends
- Valid food handling certification (or willingness to obtain)
