- Prepare and serve high-quality alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and standards
- Provide exceptional customer service through personalized recommendations and engaging interactions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware and equipment
- Manage inventory levels, restock supplies, and report maintenance needs promptly
- Operate POS systems efficiently and handle cash transactions accurately
- Adhere to all health, safety, and alcohol service regulations
- Collaborate with kitchen and serving staff to ensure seamless guest experiences
Kualifikasi
- Previous bartending experience preferred but not required for enthusiastic candidates
- Strong knowledge of mixology techniques and cocktail preparation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for handling cash and inventory management
