Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve high-quality alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and brand standards
- Engage guests with personalized service and upselling of premium offerings
- Maintain pristine bar area cleanliness, inventory management, and equipment maintenance
- Adhere to responsible alcohol service protocols and safety regulations
- Collaborate with F&B team to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Process payments accurately and manage cash handling procedures
- Stay updated on beverage trends and seasonal promotions
Kualifikasi
- 1+ years bartending experience in high-volume establishments preferred
- Valid alcohol service certification (e.g., BARTEND, STAPI)
- Exceptional knowledge of spirits, wines, and mixology techniques
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends/holidays
- Basic computer literacy for POS systems
- Positive attitude with commitment to teamwork
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
