Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages following recipes and quality standards
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of bar area, utensils, and equipment
- Interact with customers, take orders, and provide personalized recommendations
- Process payments accurately and maintain cash handling procedures
- Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies efficiently
- Collaborate with kitchen staff for seamless food service integration
- Adhere to health/safety regulations and responsible alcohol service protocols
Kualifikasi
- Previous bartending experience or relevant hospitality background
- Knowledge of cocktail preparation, beer/wine varieties, and spirits
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in high-pressure environments
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management
- Must be of legal drinking age (21+)
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
