Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve high-quality beverages according to recipes and customer preferences
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar station at all times
- Interact warmly with guests, taking orders and providing beverage recommendations
- Upsell menu items and promotions to enhance customer experience and sales
- Manage inventory, including stock rotation, waste reduction, and requisitions
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- Collaborate with kitchen and service staff to ensure seamless operations
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year bartending experience in high-volume establishments
- Extensive knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, and beer
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and inventory management
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
