Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve premium alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages using established recipes and techniques
- Provide exceptional customer service with personalized drink recommendations and engaging interactions
- Maintain strict inventory control and stock management systems
- Ensure bar area cleanliness and adherence to health/safety regulations
- Operate POS systems accurately for cash and card transactions
- Collaborate with kitchen and service staff for seamless guest experiences
- Develop seasonal drink specials to enhance menu offerings
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years professional bartending experience in high-volume establishments
- Advanced knowledge of mixology, spirits, and international cocktail trends
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic cash handling and POS system proficiency
- Valid health and hygiene certification
- Proficiency in English with additional language skills considered a plus
