Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and guest preferences.
- Engage with customers to take orders, make recommendations, and provide exceptional customer service.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar area at all times, including glassware and equipment.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and operate the point-of-sale system efficiently.
- Monitor inventory levels of spirits, mixers, and garnishes; assist in placing orders for supplies.
- Adhere to all hygiene regulations and safety standards set by the company.
- Upsell products and promote special events or promotions to increase sales.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Bartender or in a similar role within the hospitality or tourism sector.
- Strong knowledge of cocktail recipes, mixology techniques, and drink presentation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure during peak hours.
- Certification in Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) is highly preferred.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy trays.
