Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes.
- Interact with guests, take orders, and provide expert recommendations on spirits, wines, and signature cocktails.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area at all times.
- Execute opening and closing duties, including inventory counts and cash handling procedures.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Collaborate with the service team to ensure efficient and timely delivery of drinks to guest tables.
- Stay updated on mixology trends and innovate new menu offerings for our guests.
- Provide friendly, proactive service to create a welcoming and premium atmosphere.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Bartender in a hotel, resort, or high-end bar environment.
- Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, and wine service.
- Excellent communication skills with proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evening shifts.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a professional and outgoing demeanor.
- Relevant certification in hospitality or mixology is a distinct advantage.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and handle bar equipment safely.
- High attention to detail and a passion for beverage excellence.
