Tanggung Jawab
- Craft and serve a wide range of signature and classic cocktails, wines, and spirits with precision and speed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area at all times, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Engage with guests to provide personalized drink recommendations and enhance their overall dining experience.
- Manage bar inventory, track usage, and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
- Ensure all beverage preparation follows brand recipes and presentation guidelines.
- Handle cash and digital payments accurately using the POS system.
- Collaborate with floor staff to ensure seamless service flow during peak dining hours.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Bartender in a reputable bar, restaurant, or lounge setting.
- Strong knowledge of mixology, spirits, wines, and classic cocktail recipes.
- Excellent communication skills with proficiency in English (verbal).
- Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Strong understanding of hygiene and food safety practices.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, nights, and public holidays.
