- Prepare and serve alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and quality standards
- Interact with customers, take orders, and provide personalized recommendations
- Ensure bar area cleanliness, inventory management, and equipment maintenance
- Process payments accurately and maintain cash handling procedures
- Adhere to safety protocols and responsible alcohol service practices
- Collaborate with kitchen and service staff for seamless operations
- Upsell menu items and promotions to enhance guest experience
Kualifikasi
- 1+ years of bartending experience in high-volume establishments
- Strong knowledge of mixology, spirits, and cocktail preparation
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory
- Valid food handler certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods
- Proficiency in POS systems and bar management software
