- Prepare and serve alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and quality standards
- Provide exceptional customer service, including taking orders and making recommendations
- Manage cash handling and payment processing accurately
- Maintain clean and organized bar area, including glassware and equipment
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment
- Adhere to health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- Collaborate with kitchen and service staff for seamless operations
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a bartender or similar role in the hospitality industry
- Strong knowledge of mixology techniques and beverage preparation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic cash handling and POS system proficiency
- Valid food handling certification (preferred)
