Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve premium cocktails, spirits, and beverages according to established recipes and quality standards
- Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized recommendations and engaging interactions
- Manage bar inventory, stock levels, and maintain cleanliness of all equipment and workspaces
- Process payments accurately using POS systems while adhering to cash handling protocols
- Collaborate with kitchen and serving staff to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Monitor bar operations during shifts, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
- Develop seasonal drink specials and innovative menu offerings to attract diverse clientele
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of professional bartending experience in high-volume establishments
- Extensive knowledge of mixology, spirits, brewing techniques, and flavor profiles
- Certification in alcohol awareness and responsible service (e.g., BARTABS)
- Strong mathematical aptitude for cash handling and inventory management
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Proficiency with POS systems and digital bar management tools
