Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes.
- Provide exceptional, personalized customer service to ensure a positive guest experience.
- Maintain the bar area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and fully stocked throughout the shift.
- Manage bar inventory, report low stock levels, and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation regulations regarding food and beverage handling.
- Process customer orders and payments accurately using the POS system.
- Collaborate with floor staff to ensure efficient service flow during peak hours.
- Assist in the development of new, seasonal cocktail menus to keep our offerings fresh and exciting.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a bartender in a high-volume restaurant or bar setting.
- Strong knowledge of cocktail preparation, mixology techniques, and beverage pairing.
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness and safety.
- Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, and evening shifts.
- Fluent in Indonesian; proficiency in English is highly desirable.
