Tanggung Jawab
- Provide attentive table service to guests in accordance with restaurant standards
- Accurately take and process food/beverage orders using POS systems
- Present menus with detailed knowledge of dishes, ingredients, and specials
- Ensure cleanliness and proper setup of dining areas before, during, and after service
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams for seamless order execution
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve service issues promptly
- Process payments and maintain accurate cash handling procedures
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in waiter/waitress or similar food service role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
