Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve high-quality beverages including cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic drinks
- Execute creative mixology techniques following established recipes and brand standards
- Provide exceptional customer service with product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Manage bar inventory, stock levels, and maintain organized, hygienic workspaces
- Operate POS systems efficiently and handle cash transactions accurately
- Collaborate with service team to ensure seamless bar operations during peak hours
- Train on new menu items and seasonal beverage promotions
- Uphold safety protocols and responsible alcohol service standards
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year bartending experience in high-volume establishment
- Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, spirits, and flavor profiles
- Excellent communication skills and guest interaction abilities
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
- Basic cash handling and POS system proficiency
- Valid food handling and alcohol service certifications preferred
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
