Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve a diverse range of coffee-based drinks and cocktails to exact recipe specifications.
- Greet guests warmly, provide menu recommendations, and ensure a personalized service experience.
- Process customer orders accurately through the POS system and handle cash or electronic payments with integrity.
- Maintain a pristine and organized workspace, adhering to strict hygiene and safety standards at all times.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with stocking supplies to ensure uninterrupted service flow.
- Engage with guests to gather feedback and resolve any service-related concerns promptly.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and service team to ensure seamless operations during peak hours.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Barista or Bartender in a café, bar, or restaurant setting.
- Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and cocktail preparation methods.
- Excellent command of English; proficiency in local language is a significant advantage.
- Exceptional customer service skills with an outgoing and professional personality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Flexibility to work shift hours, including weekends and public holidays.
