- Prepare and serve high-quality beverages including cocktails, mocktails, specialty coffee, and tea
- Deliver exceptional customer service with genuine warmth and professionalism
- Manage bar operations including inventory control, stock rotation, and waste reduction
- Maintain strict cleanliness and hygiene standards for bar equipment and premises
- Adhere to company recipes, presentation standards, and responsible service protocols
- Upsell products and promote seasonal specials and events
- Collaborate with kitchen and service teams for seamless guest experiences
- Process cash and card transactions accurately using POS systems
Kualifikasi
- 1+ years experience as bartender or barista in high-volume establishments
- Expert knowledge of mixology techniques, coffee brewing methods, and beverage ingredients
- Strong customer service orientation with ability to handle diverse guest interactions
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments during peak hours
- Commitment to cleanliness, safety, and operational excellence
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management
- Positive attitude and willingness to work flexible schedules including evenings/weekends
- Knowledge of local tourism industry and Bali's hospitality standards
