Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of high-quality coffee beverages, including espresso-based drinks, using professional equipment.
- Craft and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic cocktails, adhering to standard recipes and maintaining consistency.
- Provide exceptional, friendly customer service, ensuring every guest feels welcomed and valued.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized workspace, following all health and safety regulations.
- Manage inventory, monitor stock levels, and coordinate with the team for supply replenishment.
- Handle POS transactions, process payments, and ensure accurate cash handling.
- Engage with guests to provide recommendations, answer inquiries, and create a positive, inviting atmosphere.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Barista, Bartender, or in a similar dual-role capacity.
- Solid knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and cocktail mixology.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly, energetic, and professional demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evening shifts.
- Excellent attention to detail, particularly regarding presentation and hygiene standards.
- Good communication skills in English and/or Indonesian.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
