Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve premium beverages including cocktails, mocktails, specialty coffees, and teas
- Execute mixology techniques with precision while maintaining inventory and cost control
- Deliver exceptional customer service with personalized recommendations and upselling
- Maintain immaculate barista stations and beverage service areas
- Collaborate with kitchen team on beverage pairings and seasonal promotions
- Adhere to health/safety protocols and responsible alcohol service standards
- Train new staff on beverage recipes and service protocols
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years bartending and barista experience in high-volume establishments
- Expert knowledge of coffee brewing methods (espresso, pour-over, etc.)
- Certification in responsible alcohol service (e.g., BARTABS)
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Strong cash handling and POS system proficiency
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Portfolio showcasing latte art and signature cocktail creations
