Are you passionate about mixology and the art of coffee? The Island Sports Club is thrilled to announce the pre-opening of our brand new Island Kitchen Uluwatu branch. We are looking for high-energy, customer-focused Bartenders and Baristas to join our team in one of Bali’s most vibrant sports and social destinations.
In this role, you will be at the heart of our community, serving up refreshing cocktails and premium coffee to athletes, locals, and tourists alike. Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including craft cocktails and specialty coffee drinks with consistency and precision.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary bar area at all times, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and recommending menu items.
- Manage stock levels, perform inventory checks, and notify management of restocking needs.
- Handle cash and digital payments accurately using our POS system.
- Collaborate with kitchen and floor staff to ensure seamless service flow during peak hours.
- Assist in the preparation of pre-shift ingredients, syrups, and garnishes.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Bartender, Barista, or in a similar F&B role within a high-traffic establishment.
- Strong knowledge of beverage recipes, coffee extraction techniques, and spirit profiles.
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evening shifts.
- High level of hygiene awareness and attention to detail.
- Ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure.
- Basic command of English to interact with international guests.
