Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized bar area, including glassware, tools, and storage.
- Engage with customers to provide excellent service, take orders, and handle inquiries with a smile.
- Restock the bar with liquor, beer, mixers, and garnishes to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or needs to management.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and responsible alcohol serving regulations.
- Create and suggest seasonal drink specials to enhance the customer experience.
Kualifikasi
- No prior experience required; fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
- Strong passion for the hospitality and tourism industry.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and night shifts.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and inventory tracking.

- Basic knowledge of cocktail preparation or mixology is a plus but not mandatory.
