- Lead, train, and supervise the beverage team to ensure exceptional service standards
- Create and innovate signature cocktails that align with our brand and guest preferences
- Manage inventory, ordering, and stock rotation to minimize waste and ensure availability
- Monitor bar operations, including staff scheduling, payroll, and performance evaluations
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and liquor regulations
- Develop and implement cost-effective beverage programs and promotions
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints with professionalism and discretion
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar environment
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Bartender with leadership experience in a high-volume establishment
- Extensive knowledge of mixology, spirits, wines, and beer
- Certification in responsible alcohol service (e.g., TIPS, RSA)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
- Basic understanding of inventory management and cost control
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
