Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes.
- Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional customer service throughout their visit.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar area at all times.
- Upsell drinks and make recommendations based on guest preferences.
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and resolve any complaints promptly.
- Assist in inventory checks and restocking of spirits and supplies.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in a bar or restaurant setting is preferred.
- Knowledge of cocktail recipes and drink mixing techniques.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
- Valid ID and relevant work permits for working in Indonesia.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
