Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, mocktails, wines, and beers, following established recipes and standards.
- Interact with guests in a friendly, engaging, and professional manner, taking orders and providing recommendations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area, ensuring all equipment is functioning correctly.
- Manage bar inventory, including ordering, receiving, and stocking supplies, and minimizing waste.
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently, adhering to all company policies.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations, including responsible alcohol service guidelines.
- Collaborate with the service team to ensure a seamless and positive guest experience.
- Develop new and innovative drink recipes to enhance the beverage menu periodically.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience (2+ years) as a Bartender or Mixologist, preferably in a fast-paced restaurant, bar, or hotel environment.
- Extensive knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, spirits, wines, and brewing techniques.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills with a positive and engaging personality.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and maintain a high level of service quality.
- Strong understanding of hygiene, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service practices.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by business needs.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
