As a Bartender at De Tiger Bar, you will be the face of our beverage program. You will be responsible for crafting exquisite cocktails, curating memorable guest experiences, and maintaining the highest standards of service excellence that the Tugu brand is known for worldwide. Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of classic and signature cocktails with precision and flair.
- Provide exceptional, personalized service to guests, ensuring a premium atmosphere at all times.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar station according to safety and hygiene regulations.
- Develop and suggest creative new menu items and seasonal drink specials.
- Manage inventory levels and restock beverage supplies as needed to ensure smooth service flow.
- Handle POS systems and process guest payments accurately and professionally.
- Engage with guests to provide drink recommendations and build lasting professional relationships.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Bartender in a hotel, bar, or upscale restaurant environment.
- Strong knowledge of mixology, spirits, wines, and classic cocktail recipes.
- Excellent communication skills with proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- A customer-centric mindset with the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Formal certification from a hospitality or bartending school is a strong advantage.
- Deep understanding of food and beverage safety standards (HACCP/Hygiene).
- Flexible availability to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
