Tanggung Jawab
- Craft high-quality cocktails, mocktails, and spirits according to EDITION standards and seasonal menus.
- Provide warm, intuitive, and anticipatory service to all guests in the Lobby Bar.
- Maintain impeccable cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring all health and safety guidelines are strictly followed.
- Manage stock levels, inventory, and supply replenishment to ensure smooth bar operations.
- Engage guests with extensive knowledge of the drink menu, offering personalized recommendations.
- Collaborate with the service team to ensure a seamless flow between the bar and lounge areas.
- Operate point-of-sale systems accurately and handle guest payments with discretion.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a high-end bar, hotel, or fine-dining environment.
- Deep knowledge of spirits, wines, and classic cocktail preparation techniques.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a confident, outgoing personality.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends, public holidays, and late evenings.
- Professional grooming and presentation consistent with luxury hospitality standards.
- Excellent command of English; additional languages are considered a strong advantage.
