- Design and execute innovative beverage menus featuring local and international flavors
- Ensure exceptional guest service through personalized drink recommendations and interactions
- Maintain pristine bar area cleanliness and optimal inventory management
- Adhere to responsible alcohol service protocols and safety standards
- Collaborate with F&B team to create seasonal promotions and events
- Train junior staff on mixology techniques and brand standards
- Monitor bar performance metrics and suggest improvements
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of bartending experience in luxury hotel or high-volume venue
- Expert knowledge of mixology, spirits, and flavor profiles
- Valid Food Handling and Hygiene certification
- Strong communication skills in English with additional language proficiency preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Professional presentation and exceptional guest service mindset
- Basic cash handling and POS system proficiency
