Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve a diverse menu of beverages, including signature cocktails, mocktails, and premium spirits.
- Maintain a spotless and organized bar station in accordance with high sanitation standards.
- Engage with guests in a professional, friendly, and helpful manner to enhance their dining experience.
- Manage bar inventory, track stock levels, and coordinate orders with the procurement team.
- Ensure all beverage recipes are followed precisely for consistent quality and presentation.
- Process customer payments and operate POS systems accurately.
- Collaborate with the waitstaff to ensure efficient service flow between the bar and the dining floor.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Bartender, preferably in a premium restaurant or hotel setting.
- Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, mixology techniques, and beverage service etiquette.
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-oriented personality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure and attention to detail.
- Deep commitment to personal hygiene and workplace safety standards.
- Proficiency in English and Indonesian is highly preferred.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
