In this role, you will be the face of our bar, responsible for curating a memorable beverage menu that complements our stunning dining experience. Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and Serve: Create and serve a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including classic cocktails, beer, and wine, strictly following standard recipes and presentation guidelines.
- Guest Engagement: Greet guests warmly upon arrival, take drink orders with enthusiasm, and provide expert recommendations based on individual taste preferences and dietary restrictions.
- Bar Maintenance: Maintain a pristine and organized bar station, ensuring all glassware, bar tools, and ingredients are sanitized and ready for service at all times.
- Transaction Handling: Process cash and credit payments accurately, make correct change, and maintain a tidy cash drawer at the end of the shift.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels of spirits, mixers, garnishes, and ice; restock supplies as needed and communicate shortages to management.
- Upselling Opportunities: Proactively suggest premium drinks, bottle services, or seasonal specials to enhance the guest experience and increase revenue.
- Compliance: Adhere to all responsible service policies, legal age regulations, and health and safety standards at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of professional bartending experience, preferably in a fine dining, hotel, or upscale lounge setting.
- Mixology Skills: Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, drink recipes, wine and beer pairings, and cocktail garnishing.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage in friendly conversation while multitasking and working under pressure.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays, as required by the business schedule.
- Physical Stamina: Physically fit to stand for extended periods and lift heavy cases of liquor or supplies when necessary.
- Technical Proficiency: Basic computer skills and experience using Point of Sale (POS) systems for order taking and billing.
- Certification: Certification in responsible alcohol service (RAS) is a strong plus.
