We are currently seeking a dedicated Bartender (Tea Mixologist) to join Chontea & Co. in the heart of Jakarta Pusat. Your primary role will be to craft exquisite beverages and provide impeccable English customer service. Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve a diverse range of hot and cold beverages, including specialty teas, matcha, and premium coffee blends.
- Create and execute creative tea and coffee pairings to enhance the guest dining experience.
- Provide top-tier English customer service, engaging with guests and handling orders with efficiency and warmth.
- Maintain a pristine bar and service area, adhering strictly to health and safety regulations.
- Assist with inventory management, including stock checks and reordering of ingredients.
- Clean equipment and glassware according to company standards.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to suggest complementary food and drink combinations.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Bartender or Mixologist, with specific expertise in tea and coffee brewing.
- Strong knowledge of brewing techniques for coffee, matcha, and loose-leaf tea.
- Excellent command of English for clear and professional communication with international clientele.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Demonstrated ability to work ASAP with a positive attitude.
- High level of professionalism and attention to detail.
