Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the preparation and serving of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, workstations, and equipment.
- Learn and execute proper inventory management procedures and stock replenishment.
- Deliver exceptional guest service by greeting customers, taking orders, and providing menu recommendations.
- Support senior bartenders during peak operating hours to ensure smooth workflow.
- Comply with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations within the bar and restaurant premises.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve product knowledge and service techniques.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; students or fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong interest in the Food & Beverage industry and mixology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and proactive attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure with a smile.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Basic English proficiency is highly preferred.
- Physically capable of standing for long periods and performing physical bar-related tasks.
