Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve high-quality alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and standards
- Upsell premium beverages, food items, and special promotions to maximize revenue
- Ensure bar area cleanliness, inventory management, and compliance with health/safety regulations
- Provide personalized guest service with product knowledge and recommendations
- Operate POS systems efficiently and handle cash transactions accurately
- Collaborate with kitchen and service teams for seamless operations
- Train junior staff on mixology techniques and service protocols
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years professional bartending experience in high-volume establishments
- Advanced knowledge of mixology, spirits, and international cocktail trends
- Exceptional customer service skills with multilingual ability (English/Bahasa)
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities in fast-paced environments
- Valid alcohol service certification and food handling permit
- Proficiency with POS systems and inventory management software
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
