Tanggung Jawab
- Participate in intensive classroom-based training modules focused on general insurance products and processes.
- Engage in rotational internship programs across various departments to understand the end-to-end insurance value chain.
- Execute assigned business projects and contribute to departmental objectives under the supervision of senior mentors.
- Analyze operational data and provide insights to improve efficiency within assigned units.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality service to internal and external stakeholders.
- Adapt quickly to new working environments during the designated placement period.
- Document learning outcomes and submit regular performance reports for evaluation.
Kualifikasi
- Fresh graduates (S1) from reputable universities with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
- Maximum age of 25 years old.
- Strong interest in the insurance or financial services industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a team environment.
- Highly adaptable and willing to be placed in any location across Indonesia as per company requirements.
- Proactive learner with a strong analytical mindset and problem-solving capabilities.
- Proficient in English, both verbal and written.
- Demonstrates high integrity, resilience, and a drive for excellence.
