Join Yayasan Tunas Manunggal as a dynamic Basketball & Volleyball Coach for our Co-Curricular Activities (CCA) program! This part-time role offers the opportunity to inspire young athletes while developing their technical skills and sportsmanship. We seek a passionate coach to implement engaging training programs for both sports, fostering teamwork and physical fitness among students. The position commences at the start of the 2026-2027 academic year and requires availability during after-school hours and weekends for practices and tournaments. Tanggung Jawab
- Design and conduct age-appropriate training sessions for basketball and volleyball
- Develop technical skills, tactical understanding, and physical conditioning
- Organize and supervise inter-school competitions and friendly matches
- Implement safety protocols during all training and competitive activities
- Foster team spirit, discipline, and sportsmanship among student athletes
- Monitor individual player progress and provide constructive feedback
- Coordinate with school administration on logistics and scheduling
- Prepare students for regional tournaments and championships
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years coaching experience in basketball/volleyball at school or club level
- Valid coaching certification from recognized sports authority (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of FIBA/AVF rules and regulations
- Excellent communication skills with students, parents, and staff
- Current First Aid and CPR certification
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Passion for youth development and sports education
- Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia and English
