Tanggung Jawab
- Design and implement effective Muay Thai training programs for students of all levels
- Provide personalized coaching and technique correction to ensure proper form and safety
- Develop structured lesson plans that balance technical instruction with physical conditioning
- Monitor student progress and adjust coaching methods to accommodate different learning styles
- Maintain a safe, clean, and well-organized training environment
- Participate in promotional events and demonstrations to showcase Muay Thai techniques
- Stay current with the latest Muay Thai techniques, training methods, and competition strategies
- Assist in organizing and supervising sparring sessions and competitions when appropriate
Kualifikasi
- Indonesian citizenship (mandatory requirement)
- Proven experience as a Muay Thai coach or competitive fighter with demonstrable results
- Strong technical knowledge of Muay Thai techniques, principles, and training methodologies
- Excellent coaching skills with ability to effectively teach students of various skill levels
- Proficient in English language for instruction and communication with international students
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to motivate and inspire students
- Certification in Muay Thai coaching or related martial arts discipline (preferred)
- First aid certification and knowledge of injury prevention (preferred)
