Are you passionate about fitness and creating a welcoming environment for members? We are looking for a dedicated Gym Attendant to join the Reload Sanctuary team in the heart of Bali. In this role, you will be the face of our fitness facility, ensuring that every member enjoys a spotless, safe, and enjoyable workout experience. You will play a crucial role in maintaining the high standards of our sanctuary by managing daily operations, assisting with guest inquiries, and ensuring equipment is in perfect condition. Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene for all gym equipment and workout areas.
- Greet members warmly upon arrival and provide exceptional customer service throughout their visit.
- Assist members with basic inquiries regarding equipment usage and facility amenities.
- Restock water stations, towels, and hygiene products to ensure member comfort.
- Monitor gym floor activity to ensure a safe and secure environment for all guests.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or facility damages to the management team immediately.
- Support the team with daily operational tasks and facility setup.
Kualifikasi
- Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred.
- Basic English communication skills are required to assist international guests.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to cleanliness.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible shifts including weekends.
- Passion for fitness and a genuine desire to help others achieve their health goals.
