Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and execute automated batch processing using UC4 (Automic) scheduling software.
- Perform daily system checks to ensure all batch jobs run according to the established schedule.
- Troubleshoot and resolve job failures, escalating complex technical issues to the engineering team when necessary.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline production and logistics workflows.
- Maintain detailed logs of operational activities and batch statuses for audit and performance reporting.
- Implement process improvements to increase operational efficiency and minimize downtime.
- Adhere to strict safety and quality protocols in line with company standards.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of experience in batch operations or a similar technical role.
- Proficiency in UC4 / Automic automation tools is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of production scheduling and workflow management in a manufacturing or logistics environment.
- Ability to troubleshoot system errors and perform root cause analysis.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
- High school diploma or vocational training in IT, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Flexibility to work in shifting schedules as required by operational needs.
