Tanggung Jawab
- Accurately batch raw materials according to production specifications and quality standards
- Operate and maintain batching equipment including mixers, conveyors, and weighing systems
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate material replenishment with warehouse team
- Conduct quality checks and document batch records per ISO and company procedures
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and maintain clean, organized work areas
- Collaborate with production supervisors to optimize batch scheduling and workflow
- Identify material inconsistencies and report equipment maintenance needs
Kualifikasi
- SPM or equivalent qualification with minimum 1 year manufacturing experience
- Basic knowledge of material handling procedures and quality control systems
- Ability to read technical specifications and batch documentation
- Strong numerical skills and attention to detail for accurate measurements
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle materials up to 25kg
- Basic computer literacy for batch record documentation
- Certification in industrial safety (OSHA/ISO preferred)
- Willingness to work rotating shifts if required
