Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and monitor automated concrete batching plant machinery in accordance with project specifications.
- Ensure precise measurement and mixing of raw materials (cement, aggregates, water, admixtures) to meet quality standards.
- Perform routine inspection and preventive maintenance of plant equipment to minimize downtime.
- Conduct regular quality control checks on output to ensure consistency and strength requirements are met.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace, strictly adhering to OSH (Occupational Safety and Health) guidelines.
- Coordinate with dispatchers and project teams to ensure timely delivery of concrete mixes.
- Keep accurate daily production logs, material inventory reports, and maintenance records.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Batching Plant Operator or in a similar heavy machinery/manufacturing role.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot basic equipment malfunctions.
- Understanding of concrete mix designs and material properties is highly preferred.
- Physically fit and capable of working in an industrial/construction plant environment.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including early mornings or overtime as project demand requires.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and quality control standards.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a fast-paced team.
