Tanggung Jawab
- Execute electrical, thermal, and mechanical safety testing on lithium-ion cells and battery modules.
- Perform routine performance diagnostic tests and document findings accurately in our quality database.
- Calibrate and maintain laboratory testing equipment to ensure precision and operational efficiency.
- Conduct cycle life testing and report data deviations to the engineering team for root cause analysis.
- Monitor safety compliance during all phases of cell handling and assembly to prevent hazardous incidents.
- Assist in the preparation of test reports and technical documentation for internal stakeholders.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workstation in accordance with industrial manufacturing standards.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a battery production or electronics laboratory environment.
- Strong understanding of lithium-ion battery chemistry, electrical circuitry, and safety protocols.
- Proficiency in using testing instrumentation such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, and data loggers.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret technical specifications and data trends.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high safety standards in the workplace.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a technical team environment.
