Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in modern trade channels (supermarkets, hypermarkets, convenience stores)
- Design and execute localized sales strategies to drive revenue growth in Bali region
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key modern trade accounts and procurement managers
- Conduct market analysis to identify competitor activities and consumer trends
- Collaborate with marketing and supply chain teams to ensure optimal product availability and promotions
- Prepare comprehensive sales forecasts and performance reports for regional management
- Negotiate favorable terms and conditions with trade partners to maximize profitability
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 3 years experience in BD Sales or Modern Trade role within FMCG/food industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and expanding market share
- Strong negotiation skills with experience in modern trade contracts and agreements
- Deep understanding of Bali's retail landscape and consumer behavior
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (both written and spoken)
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales analytics tools
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating effectively
