Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve a variety of fresh smoothies and beverages according to recipes and quality standards
- Provide exceptional customer service with friendly, professional English communication
- Operate POS systems, handle cash transactions, and maintain accurate sales records
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the stand, equipment, and surrounding area
- Manage inventory, restock supplies, and report maintenance needs
- Upsell additional products and promotions to maximize revenue
- Collaborate with team members during peak hours for efficient operations
- Adhere to all food safety regulations and company policies
Kualifikasi
- Fluency in English (spoken and written) is mandatory
- Previous experience in food service or customer service preferred
- Ability to work outdoors in tropical conditions and stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
