- Provide high-quality facial and body aesthetics treatments tailored to individual client needs.
- Act as a trusted consultant by recommending personalized skincare routines and treatment plans.
- Maintain and nurture your existing client base while providing an exceptional service experience.
- Educate clients on the latest aesthetic trends, product ingredients, and effective home-care regimes.
- Monitor client progress and ensure satisfaction levels remain high throughout their aesthetic journey.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting treatment environment in accordance with hygiene standards.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and promote a positive salon culture.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a professional beauty or aesthetic center.
- Must possess an existing loyal client base to bring to the team.
- Recognized certification in Beauty Therapy, Aesthetics, or a related field (e.g., CIDESCO, CIBTAC, or MQA equivalent).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on consultative selling.
- Polished, professional appearance and a proactive, customer-centric attitude.
- Ability to work independently as well as contribute to a small team environment.
- Passion for continuous learning in the fast-evolving aesthetics and skincare industry.
