Tanggung Jawab
- Perform professional beauty treatments including facials, waxing, and body therapies
- Conduct comprehensive skin consultations and recommend personalised treatment plans
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised treatment area in line with hygiene standards
- Build strong, lasting relationships with clients to encourage repeat visits and referrals
- Actively upsell and cross-sell products and services to achieve individual and clinic sales targets
- Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, product knowledge, and industry techniques
- Manage appointment bookings, client records, and follow-up communications
- Collaborate with the team to deliver exceptional customer service and a welcoming atmosphere
Kualifikasi
- Minimum certificate or diploma in Beauty Therapy, Aesthetics, or a related field
- At least 1–2 years of hands-on experience in a similar role within the beauty or wellness industry
- Strong knowledge of skincare, beauty products, and treatment protocols
- Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays as needed
- Sales-driven attitude with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets
- Client-focused, warm, and professional demeanour at all times
- Valid certification or license as required by local regulations (e.g., CIDESCO, SKM, or equivalent)
